At QBusiness Group, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy and transparent return and exchange options.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products
  • Items purchased on final sale or with deep discount codes
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email us at support@qbusinessgroup.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, item name, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps.

4. Return Pickup or Drop-off

  • Return pickups are available in most areas across the UAE.
  • In some cases, you may be asked to drop the package at a designated courier location.
  • Return shipping cost may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or product, we’ll help you process an exchange subject to availability.
  • If the replacement product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid in advance.
  • If it’s of lower value, we will issue the balance as a store credit.

7. Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@qbusinessgroup.com
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

8. Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Repeated returns from the same customer may be flagged and limited.
  • Store credit, once issued, is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
