At QBusiness Group, we are dedicated to delivering your orders across the UAE safely, quickly, and transparently. Please review our shipping terms and expectations below.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 7 Emirates of the UAE, including:

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Dubai
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Fujairah
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Umm Al Quwain

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of confirmation and payment.
  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

We recommend prepaid payments to avoid COD fees and ensure faster processing.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track your order from your QBusiness account dashboard under “My Orders.”


6. Missed Delivery Attempts

  • Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the item will be returned to us (RTO). Re-shipping can be arranged for an additional delivery charge.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


8. Delays & External Factors

While we work with reliable local couriers, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Eid or national holiday closures
  • Restricted access areas (e.g., certain free zones or remote addresses)

We will keep you updated in case of any significant delay.
